Cancelation Policy

If for some reason your plans change and you do not need the car that you reserved. Please cancel the reservation 48 hrs prior to your pick up so car can be made available for other customers.You may call the location directly or you may cancel it on line. $50.00 No show fee will be charged if customer do not cancel the reservation and do not come to pick up the vehicle. The time and mileage or daily rate is subject to change, or a surcharge may be assessed, if the vehicle is returned before or after the due date or to a location other than the renting location. there are no refunds for early returns.

Insurance and Coverage

Liability Insurance protects you against claims for injury you cause to third persons or their property. Liability insurance does not cover injury to you or damage to the rented vehicle. State and Country laws determine whether your personal auto liability insurance or our liability insurance will pay for injuries you cause to others while driving our vehicle." At this Location, you must provide proof of bodily injury and property liability Insurance that extends to Canada at the time of rental. Proof should include the name and address of the insurer and the policy number. We can elect not to rent to you if you do not present the required proof of insurance coverage. THE RENTER MUST PROVIDE PROOF IN THE FORM OF AN INSURANCE DECLARATION PAGE, SPECIFICALLY STATING COMPREHENSIVE AND COLLISION COVERAGE IS EFFECTIVE AND ENFORCED FOR THE DURATION OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT (this also applies to the coverage that may be provided through credit card companies and third party companies that will be used at the time of rental). An insurance declaration page is the document that defines your coverage and limits. Insurance cards WILL NOT satisfy the requirement to provide an insurance declaration page for self-insurance. If renter chooses to self insure and use /transfer their personal auto insurance for the rental car a Insurance transfer fee ITF of $4.99 /day will be charged .
